KRG Representation in the UK Participates in the Annual Reception of the Flanders Region

London, United Kingdom, www.uk.gov.krd. The Kurdistan Regional Government
(KRG) Representation in the United Kingdom participated in the annual welcoming
reception hosted by the Representation of the Flanders Region.
Hawre Yousef, Director of Trade and
Investment Relations at the KRG Representation in the UK, attended the event
and conveyed the High Representative’s congratulations to Mr. David Maenaut,
General Representative of the Flanders Region in the United Kingdom, extending,
through him, the KRG’s best wishes to the Government and people of Flanders.
On the sidelines of the reception,
both sides highlighted the strength of the bilateral relationship between the
Kurdistan Region and the Flanders Region and underscored the importance of
continued dialogue and coordination, particularly in areas of mutual interest.
The KRG delegation also engaged with
diplomats and guests attending the event, exchanging views on recent political
and economic developments in the Kurdistan Region, Iraq, and the wider region,
as well as opportunities to enhance economic cooperation.
