KRG Interior Minister receives a delegation of British parliament's APPG

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, www.uk.gov.krd. Rebar Ahmed Minister of Interior for the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), greeted a delegation from the UK parliament’s All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) led by MP John Slinger Chairman of the Group, and Baroness Fiona Hodgson member of the House of Lords and member of the Group.

The meeting was attended by the KRG UK High Representative Karwan Jamal Tahir, discussed the recent developments in the region, and highlighted the KRG's successful participation in the recent Security Summit Conference in London. The discussions also focused on enhancing bilateral relations between the Kurdistan Region and the United Kingdom.

Minister Rebar Ahmed expressed gratitude to the delegation for their continuous support in advocating for the rights of the Kurdish people and ensuring the stability of the Kurdistan Region.

Chairman of the APPG John Slinger, emphasised the Group's commitment to supporting the Kurdistan Region and strengthening ties between Erbil and London across various sectors.
