Stanfdords bookshop introduces a second edition of a novel by Kae Bahar

United Kingdom, London, www.uk.gov.krd. Karwan Jamal Tahir, High Representative of the Kurdistan Regional Government to the UK and a number of Kurdistan friends and Kurdish Diaspora attended a special event at Stanfords book shop in central London to introduce the second edition of a book by writer, director and actor (Kae Bahar), called “The Good, The Bad and The Gringo” . 

The author presented a summary of his book which is written in English and is about the daily life of a teenager in the city of Kirkuk who wanted to have a free personal life for himself and his surroundings, and was passionate about films and the art world, and had been wishing to use this passion to serve Kurdistan and promote the Kurdish cause.

Author Kae Bahar thanked the Kurdistan Regional Government Representation in the UK for supporting the Kurdish diaspora in order to create an effective role in their society in the UK and to become a strong tool to introduce Kurdistan to the outside world.

On this occasion, the High Representative of the Kurdistan Regional Government to the UK thanked the author for his continuous efforts in various fields, including filmmaking and novel writing, particularly, the presentation of his book, and stressed the importance of this subject to introduce Kurds and Kurdistan in the UK and around the world.

 

He also expressed his gratitude to the author of the book and the owner of the publishing house (Afsane) who are both Kurds, which indicates that Kurds in the UK have been able to play a good role in all fields and are becoming effective in all aspects and sectors in the UK.
