The Head of KRG’s Department for Foreign Relations receives the KRG High Representative to the UK

Kurdistan Region, Erbil, www.uk.gov.krd. Minister Safeen Dizayee, Head of the Kurdistan Regional Government's Department of Foreign Relations, warmly welcomed Karwan Jamal Tahir, the Kurdistan Regional Government's High Representative to the United Kingdom.

The discussion centred on the current situation in the Kurdistan Region, Iraq, and the broader Middle East, with a particular focus on the activities and achievements of the KRG Representation in the United Kingdom. Both parties emphasized the importance of the Representation's role in fostering strong bilateral relations between Kurdistan and the UK.

Karwan Jamal Tahir expressed his gratitude to the Department of Foreign Relations for its unwavering support and close collaboration, which have been instrumental in facilitating the work of the Representation and enhancing the services provided to the Kurdish diaspora in the UK.

Minister Dizayee commended the leadership of the High Representative and the dedicated efforts of the Representation’s staff. He acknowledged their tireless commitment to advancing the Kurdistan cause and strengthening ties with the United Kingdom.
