High Representative to the United Kingdom, visited the family of the victims of
rocket attacks on the Kurdistan Region by Iran on January the 15th.
The High Representative paid his profound condolences to the
families of all victims, including the family of Peshraw Dizayee, the Kurdish
businessman who was killed alongside his 11-month-old daughter at their home in
Erbil, describing the attack as baseless, unjust and inhuman.
