KRG High Representative visits Kuwaiti Embassy in London to express his condolences on the passing of the late Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah

United Kingdon, London, ww.uk.gov.krd. Karwan Jamal Tahir, KRG High Representative visited Kuwaiti Embassy in London on Tuesday afternoon to convey his condolences on the passing of the late Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.

During his visit, the High Representative, on behalf of the Kurdistan Region, its people, and KRG UK, extended profound condolences to the embassy and, through them, to the government of Kuwait and the nation and the Royal family on the passing of His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait. He stated “Under His Highness's leadership, the relationship between the Kurdistan Region and Kuwait flourished and it will continue. He continued “He will be remembered for his leadership and as a great friend to the Kurdish nation."
