KRG High Representative participates in a memorial service for Late Ms. Ann Clwyd

Jamal Taher KRG High Representative to the UK led a delegation to attend the
public memorial service for the friend of Kurdistan, former MP Ann Clwyd.
In the event,
which was attended by Mark Drakeford Wales First Minister, MS. Shanaz Ibrahim
Ahmad Iraq’s First Lady, Wayne David Shadow Middle East minister, a number of
MPs, authors, civil society organisations, family and friends of Ms Ann Clwyd, Karwan
Jamal Taher conveyed KRG and the people of Kurdistan’s condolences to her
family, and said that Ms. Clwyd was one of the most closest friends of
Kurdistan, and spent a lot of her life to support the Kurdish question and
defended the rights of the people of Kurdistan.
Ms. Ann
Klwyd’s family thanked the KRG UK High Representative and his accompanying
delegation for their participation in the memorial event, and reiterated their
continuation on the path of Ms. Clwyd to defend the rights of the people of Kurdistan.
