Announcement regarding the biometric and UPN process for the government’s employees abroad

Referring to the announcement of the Ministry of Finance and Economy's General Directorate of Accounting's about the biometric and (UPN) process for KRG public employees and civil servants who have not yet registered in the salary biometric system, the council of ministers' presidency worked hard to make the process online, particularly through the KRG's representations abroad. However, for a variety of reasons, it was unsuccessful. Therefore, we call upon all government employees who have not registered yet to return to the Kurdistan Region by 10/12/2024 to complete the biometric and UPN process, otherwise the Federal Ministry of Finance will suspend their salaries.
