KRG Representation Attends Catalonia National Day

The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Representation in the United Kingdom attended a ceremony in London marking Catalonia’s National Day, represented by Mr. Hawre Yousef, Director of Trade and Investment Relations.

Mr. Yousef met with the outgoing Head of the Catalan Delegation to the UK and Ireland, Mr. Francesc Claret, and conveyed the KRG High Representative’s warm congratulations and best wishes to the people of Catalonia. He also expressed appreciation for Mr. Claret’s friendship and valued efforts to strengthen relations between the Kurdistan Region and Catalonia, and welcomed Ms. Elena Moya as his successor.

The reception brought together diplomats, government officials and other distinguished guests, providing an opportunity to reaffirm relations and discuss prospects for further cooperation.
