Jamal Tahir visited the “Land and Soul” exhibition in
Sulaimaniyah, organised by Kurdish artist Mariwan Jalal.
During the visit, he praised Mariwan Jalal’s continued
contribution to Kurdish art, particularly his work and artistic engagement in
the United Kingdom. He also expressed his appreciation for the exhibition,
describing it as a valuable contribution to the preservation and promotion of
Kurdish art and culture.
The exhibition brings together Jalal’s artistic work and offers visitors an
opportunity to engage with themes connected to Kurdish identity, land and
cultural heritage.
